Understand additional tools and access
Some ChatterMate tools appear only with particular access or configuration. This page helps you identify their purpose without assuming they are enabled for every account.

If a tool is missing
Section titled “If a tool is missing”Check the account, plan, and workspace first. Read any lock or availability message. Available tools can differ between accounts.
For voice, inspect microphone and browser permission requirements before starting. For knowledge tasks, check that files are available and processing has completed. For courses, review the outline and materials before exporting.
The inspected connector list distinguishes job-link workflows from partner-access job search or application features. Do not assume connecting a career account enables every job action.
