Create useful charts sheets and presentations
Provide real source data and a clear purpose when asking for a chart, sheet, or presentation. A polished result still needs a content check.
Charts and spreadsheets
Section titled “Charts and spreadsheets”Include the data, units, and what you want to learn. For example:
Make a bar chart from this synthetic data: January 12 tickets, February 18 tickets, March 15 tickets. Label the months and ticket counts. Do not add data.
For a sheet, specify columns and any required calculations. Example: Create a project tracker with Task, Owner, Due date, Status, and Notes. Use the five tasks listed below. Leave unspecified owners blank.
Check every input value, unit, label, total, and formula you intend to rely on. Confirm that chart axes and legends match the supplied data.
Presentations
Section titled “Presentations”- Choose Slides where available, or open the presentation skill.
- Provide a topic, audience, goal, slide count, and source facts.
- Review the outline if the workflow presents one.
- Inspect the resulting slides for sequence, readability, and factual accuracy.
- Open the exported deck to check its layout and editability.
Writer also exports slides from a document. Split by headings organizes existing sections; Generate deck asks AI to design a new deck. Choose based on whether you want to preserve the document’s structure or create a presentation adaptation.
Generation and file fidelity for these formats remain deployment-dependent. Use the controls shown on your result, rather than assuming every artifact can export to every format.
Complete the format workflow
Section titled “Complete the format workflow”Follow charts, spreadsheets, and slides to verify data, inspect layout, and check the actual exported file.
